We are excited about opening our Urban Village Pubs soon. Until then, we wanted to keep you updated with everything we are doing, so you can feel comfortable in our pubs. 

1, Entry will be managed to control capacity, temperatures will be taken using contactless thermometers and we will ensure everyone sanitises their hands.

2, Our fully trained teams will be supplied with PPE and have their temperatures taken before changing into clean uniforms before they start work.

3, To aid social distancing, we have removed some tables and installed screens for added safety.

4, We are reducing contact points by making our menus available on our app or QR codes, whilst paper menus and disposable cutlery are also available. You are encouraged to pay via our app or contactless.

5, We are increasing our cleaning procedures and making sanitising stations easily accessible.
